MEMORY GUARANTEE
DMS provides a 30-day money back guarantee and a lifetime memory replacement guarantee

Terms:  
- For a 30-day money back memory return, memory must be received by DMS
 within 30 days from the date of the original invoice.     
- Memory must not be modified, abused or subjected to static or electrical surges.
- Memory must be returned in its original static envelope and outer original packaging.
- A copy of the original invoice as proof-of-purchase must be enclosed with the memory
- For defective memory, please enclose a note describing the conditions of the failure

DMS warrants memory against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original owner.  EconoRAM memory is guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Memory modules will be repaired or replaced with no freight cost to the consumer unless otherwise directed.


The warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subjected to static or electrical surges. DMS will not reimburse consumers for installation charges if a memory module is found defective or incompatible or for damage of equipment, program loss or costs associated with data recovery.

Memory installation should be performed by an authorized technician.

DMS provides a 30-day money back guarantee for all or our products. Products being returned to DMS for credit or a refund must be in the original packaging and undamaged. A copy of the original invoice as proof-of-purchase must be enclosed. After 30 days from the date of purchase, products must be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty.  A list of our manufacturers is provided at the bottom of this page.

BROKER SALES
All broker sales are final with no return. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The lifetime guarantee will apply to memory products only. This policy applies to brokers and does not include VARs , re sellers or end users.

RETURN FOR CREDIT
Items being returned for credit must be sent back within 30 days from date of purchase.
To return items make a copy of the original invoice and write on the invoice copy " returning for credit. " State on the invoice how you would like the credit applied (i.e.: credit back credit card, hold credit in your account, apply to open account, etc.) we will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return.
Please return items with a shipper offering a tracking method.

ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED TO DMS WITH NO ORIGINAL PACKAGING, DAMAGED ORIGINAL PACKAGING, MISSING PACKAGE CONTENTS (i.e. software, instructions, cables, brackets, etc.) WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE STOCKING FEE OR A $35.00 RE PACKAGING FEE

DMS will pay for the shipping charges for defective returns


You have 30 days in which to get the defective product back to DMS. If the product is not returned within 30 days your credit card will be billed for the item.

RMA (Return Material Authorization):

Before defective items can be returned for replacement an RMA # must be obtained.  Products returned to DMS without an RMA# may be refused by DMS and the package will be returned to you at your expense.

To obtain an RMA# please call our technical support department at 800-662-7466 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time Monday thru Friday.

Once you have obtained your RMA# please observe the following instructions:

1.Enclosed with your replacement, there will be two copies of the RMA invoice. Put one of the copies in the box coming back to DMS.
Please package items in a plain brown box with no writing on it.

2.Write the RMA# on the outside of the box and securely tape the box sealing all of the edges.

3.You will also receive a UPS ARS (Authorized Return Shipment) label in the box. Place the label on the outside of the box.

4. Take the box to the nearest UPS drop off center. If you have regular UPS pick up and delivery at your place of business, give package to any UPS driver. Make sure the UPS driver scans the package. The package will be sent back to us at our expense.
